Services Offered:

Psychological Counseling:

Counseling is intended for individuals experiencing life difficulties that are challenging to manage alone. Sessions offer professional support, new perspectives, and help in understanding and navigating personal struggles. Counseling provides valuable insight and emotional support, but unlike psychotherapy, it does not aim to treat underlying conditions. Session time – 50 minutes.

Psychotherapy for Addiction and Emotional Support:

Kamila provides therapeutic assistance to adults and adolescents facing various life challenges, including those struggling with or concerned about addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex), individuals from dysfunctional families (DDA/DDD), and those experiencing emotional difficulties such as persistent low mood, anxiety, emotional instability, difficulties with anger management, traumatic experiences, eating disorders, burnout, or the emotional effects of domestic violence. Her work is grounded in respect for each patient's boundaries and needs, following the ethics of the psychological profession. Session time – 50 minutes.

Psychological Diagnosis:

Psychological diagnosis services are available for evaluating a wide range of psychological concerns, including mood disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, addiction-related behaviors, and the psychological aftermath of trauma. Assessment sessions and methods are tailored to individual needs, and session times vary depending on the type of evaluation.

Relaxation and Stress Management Techniques:

Through specialized sessions using recognized methods such as progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques, Kamila supports individuals in learning how to achieve mental and physical relaxation. These techniques are valuable for improving emotional well-being and coping with daily stressors. Session time – 50 minutes.

Therapeutic Philosophy:

Kamila is deeply guided by the therapeutic principle articulated by Irvin D. Yalom: “There is no such thing as a boring or empty patient—or group. Within every patient, within every situation, there exists the seed of profound human drama. And the art of psychotherapy is in liberating that drama.”
