Services Offered:
  • Psychological Counseling: Counseling is intended for people who are experiencing temporary life problems that are difficult to deal with alone. The psychologist helps understand the situation by looking at it in a professional and independent way. During the consultation, you will be inspired to look at the situation in different ways that were not previously obvious or possible to capture. The psychologist will help free and break the maladaptive patterns governing your life. Counseling is support, offers a professional viewpoint, and new knowledge, but unlike psychotherapy, it does not heal. Session time - 50 minutes.

  • Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy: One of the forms of psychotherapy that heals. When you experience various kinds of problems for years, which additionally accumulate over time, you need proportionally more time to reshape life, reevaluate thinking, feelings, and beliefs, and gain a new perspective. This form of therapy has deep and lasting effects. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is based on the relationship between the therapist and the patient and the processes occurring between them at the conscious and unconscious levels. This therapy takes into account the entire life history along with the extremely important childhood and captures the person holistically. Session time - 50 minutes.

  • Psychological Diagnosis: The psychological diagnosis is of great value when the psychiatrist is not sure whether a given behavior is caused by neuronal dysfunction or personality traits, then he may refer for neuropsychological and personality testing. Psychological diagnosis is also useful in assessing school readiness or differentiating personality disorders and aging processes (dementia processes). Using appropriate tests, the psychologist can examine the level of depression, parenting competencies, the occurrence of ADHD in a child, as well as many other problems, diseases, and disorders. The session time depends on the type of examination.

  • Relaxation Techniques: Sessions conducted using Jakobson's methods, Schultz, and mindfulness philosophy enabling learning relaxation techniques. Relaxation is not easy; one should learn to bring the body and spirit into the right state. Session time - 50 minutes.
