M.Eng Joanna Materka S.A.C. Dip. (Diet and Nutrition), MFHT, S.N.H.S. Dip. (Iridology), alumnae of Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition in Szczecin.

My engineering thesis was devoted to the question of Macro and Microelements, whereas my MA thesis to frying fat and its detrimental compounds.

To gain the knowledge needed I completed technical studies, namely:

• Agricultural University in Szczecin, Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition - Master of Engineering;
• The Royal Society for the Promotion of Health - certificate in food hygiene;
• Nutri Center - eating habits counselling and health promotion training;
• University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź – dietetics;
• The Harvard Medical School - Familial Hypercholesterolemia;
• Stonbridge Associated Colleges - Diet and Nutrition Diploma- S.A.C. Dip.
• The International College of Holistic Medicine- Iridology Diploma- S.N.H.S. Dip.
• Ayurvedic Tounge Diagnosis – the training course conducted by PhD Deepa Apte;
• Womens Health - Using Nutrition to Balance Hormones, the training course conducted by PhD Marilyn Glenville;
• Pathology Diploma (FHT accredited).

My goal is to make diet bring benefits not only in terms of losing weight or retreating a chronic disorder, but also to obtain a joy of life and interial harmony.
